Joey Arnquist
I saw Joey and his companion on Facebook over 11 years ago. They were in a county shelter. I called about them and asked why 2 toy poodles were there a week before Christmas. I was told their owners were going away for Christmas and they didn't want to pay to board them, so they were left at the shelter. I asked if I could foster them so they wouldn't have to be in the shelter for Christmas. A week later the shelter called and asked that I bring the silver one in as someone wanted to adopt only one dog. I said no they shouldn't be separated as they are extremely bonded. I said I will adopt both. Joey was 8 years old and Teddy was 5 years old. I changed both of their names. Two years before Joey's death, at 17 he became deaf, and then blind. I became his seeing eye mom. Joey was 66 days shy of 19 years old. Teddy was 7 days shy of his 16th birthday when Joey passed away. Being widowed and not having any children, Joey and Teddy became my fur babies. I loved and cared for them as I would have if they were human babies. My heart is broken losing Joey. Teddy is grieving as well. They also have a cat sister named Ruby who will miss him dearly.

Zoey, age 10 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on August 30th, 2025. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. Our little ladybug, she was truly a blessing to us. I am very happy that I got to spend every single day with her until her last moment on earth. She went peacefully at home with her loved ones nearby and we all miss her so much. She was very sassy and very loving but yet very crazy at other times. She is absolutely the most beautiful girl we've ever had.

Buster "Boo", age 12 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on August 18th, 2025. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. Buster loved to snuggle under a blanket for all naps he took. If he was hungry, he would start knocking on the door and meow very loudly. He absolutely loved his playhouse; he always thought he was invisible once he entered. He had the loudest, most sweetest purr when he would knead over the blankets. He was always very polite and loved his meals more than anything. But not more then his push up treats! He is deeply missed and the house is not the same without him

Pepper, age 7 years old, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on August 26th, 2025. Cremation services accorded. Arrangements entrusted to Whispering Willow Pet Funeral & Cremation Services. Pepper: aka pepperchini, absolutely loved getting her belly rubbed on any chance she got. She loved to be held and carried anywhere and everywhere she could possibly go. She enjoyed going on walks and loved being in the car. Her favorite place to go was DQ, to get her some ice cream. She is deeply missed by us all and the house isn't the same without her here.
